II SAHYOG II/!! सहयोग !!

With the belief that every child deserves a complete childhood, Sahyog’s key objective is to provide a holistic childhood to underprivileged children, specially to girl child. With the belief that extensive healthcare and focused education are the key ingredients for a complete childhood, Sahyog is working tirelessly to secure these vital ingredients for children who need it the most but are deprived of these basic childhood necessities. Established in a year when the country is celebrating 150th birth anniversary of Matama Gandhi, Sahyog is a non-profit social organisation. Through programmes aimed at better health and skill development, the organisation is bringing joy to hundreds of school children, specially schoolgirls. Taking care of heath related needs of girls of Kasturba Balika Vidyalaya of Harijan Sevak Sangh, an organisation established by Mahatma Gandhi in 1932, is one of its key programmes. A number of other schemes, aimed at skill development and promotion of self reliance among women, that have been conceptualised by the organisation, are at an advanced stage of implementation. The organisation is also committed to promote paintings, jewellery and other artefacts made by artisans of India, especially women from tribal communities at various national and international platforms. A programme to provide scholarship to economically underprivileged girl students to pursue higher education will soon be launched.

इस विश्वास के साथ कि सुरक्षित और खुशहाल बचपन का हक प्रत्येक बच्चे को है, ‘सहयोग’ गरीब तबकों के बच्चों को, विशेष कर लड़कियों को, एक परिपूर्ण बचपन दिलाने को बचनबद्ध है। हमारा मानना है कि स्वास्थ्य और शिक्षा की व्यापक और उवयुक्त व्यवस्था एक समुचित बचपन का सबसे महत्त्वपूर्ण अंश है। इसीलिए हर बच्चे की इन दोनों जरूरतों को पूरा करने के लिए ‘सहयोग’ लगातार प्रयासरत है। राष्ट्रपिता महात्मा गांधी की 150वीं जन्मजयंती वर्ष में स्थापित ‘सहयोग’ एक सामाजिक और अलाभकारी संगठन है। स्कूली बच्चों, विशेषकर बालिकाओं के स्वास्थ्य और प्रतिभा विकास के कार्यक्रमों द्वारा सैकड़ों बच्चे लाभान्वित हो रहे हैं। महात्मा गांधी द्वारा 1932 में स्थापित ‘हरिजन सेवक संघ’ के कस्तूरबा बालिका विद्यालय की छात्राओं के स्वास्थ्य का ख्याल रखना इन्ही में से एक प्रमुख कार्यक्रम है। महिलाओं में कौशल विकास एवं स्वाबलंबन हेतु भी सहयोग द्वारा अनेक कार्यक्रम योजनाबद्ध है। आदिवासी महिलाओं द्वारा बनाये जाने वाले चित्रकारी, क्राफ्ट, आभूषण आदि सामानों को राष्ट्रीय एवं अंतरराष्ट्रीय मंच दिलवाने हेतु भी प्रयास किया जा रहा है। सहयोग द्वारा आर्थिक रूप से पिछड़े परिवार की बच्चियों को उच्च शिक्षा के लिए छात्रवृत्ति देने की योजना भी बनाई गई है।

MS. SWATI

Ms. Swati, the founder of Sahyog, is an alumnus of Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi from where she completed her graduation in Psychology (Hon). Later on she completed her bachelor in education Course (B.Ed.) during which she developed inclination for welfare of children. She started her career in the aviation sector and has travelled extensively to different parts of the world. Her interest in social welfare has inspired her work and association with several organizations. She has got inspiration & motivation for social work from her parents. Shri Ram Nath Kovind & Smt. Savita Kovind.

‘सहयोग’ की संस्थापिका सुश्री स्वाति दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय के लेडी श्रीराम कालेज से मनोविज्ञान में स्नातक हैं। सुश्री स्वाति ने अपने करियर के तौर पर एयर लाइंस इंडस्ट्री को चुना। आपने दुनियां के अनेक देशों की यात्रा की है। सामाजिक कार्यों में रुचि लेकर आपने अनेक संस्थानों से जुड़कर सेवा का कार्य किया है। सामाजिक कार्य की प्रेरणा आपको अपने अभिभावक श्री राम नाथ कोविंद एवं श्रीमति सविता कोविंद से मिलती रही है। बी.एड. की पढाई करते समय ही बच्चों के शिक्षा और कल्याण के प्रति आपका सेवाभावी सोच विकसित हुई। उस सेवा संकल्प को निरंतर बढ़ाते हुए, सैकड़ों बच्चों के बेहतर स्वास्थ्य और शिक्षा हेतु आप प्रतिबद्ध हैं।

Hon'ble First Lady of India Smt. Savita Kovind together with Ms. Swati, founder of 'Sahyog', stitched face masks at Shakti Haat in the President’s Estate to strengthen India's fight against COVID-19. The masks distributed at various shelter homes of Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board (DUSIB).

भारत की माननीय प्रथम महिला श्रीमती सविता कोविन्द के साथ सहयोग की संस्थापिका सुश्री स्वाति ने कोरोना महामारी को रोकने के देशव्यापी अभियान में सहभागिता करते हुए शक्ति हाट, राष्ट्रपति सम्पदा, नई दिल्ली में मास्क सिलकर अपना योगदान दिया। यहां बनाएं जाने वाला मास्क दिल्ली के DUSIB संस्था के माध्यम से वितरित किया गया।
